Connecting to SAP
This guide walks you through connecting your SAP system to the Docflo AI Agent so it can discover and interact with your available services.
Learning your SAP
After establishing a connection, the next step is to run a scan so the Docflo AI Agent can discover and index all available services on your SAP system.
Skills and Agents
Skills and Agents let you configure exactly how the Docflo AI Agent reasons and acts within your SAP environment.
Connecting to Your Workspace
The Docflo SAP Agent exposes a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that lets AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT talk directly to your SAP system. Once connected, you can ask natural language questions and trigger SAP actions straight from your AI workspace.
Fiori Launchpad Chat Plugin
The Docflo Fiori Launchpad Chat Plugin embeds the Docflo AI Agent directly into your SAP Fiori Launchpad, so users can chat with it without leaving their SAP session. This guide walks you through installing and configuring the plugin.
Email Access
This guide explains how a Microsoft 365 administrator grants Docflo agents access to Outlook mailboxes, so the agent can read and send email on behalf of your users. One admin approval covers the whole tenant, so users don't each hit an approval screen when they connect their mailbox.
